Many people are aware that something inside them takes over at times — but don’t yet have language for who, why, or what they’re protecting.

During this session, we look at:

• The types of alters or internal roles that may be present

• How they tend to show up under stress or pressure

• What they’re trying to protect you from

• Why certain patterns repeat even when you want them to stop
