🧾 RESERVATION POLICY REMINDER:

To secure your place on the retreat, payments will be made in three simple steps:

1. Deposit Due Immediately (Early Registration price ends Dec 11th)
    •    $1,000 per person
This locks in your spot and your discounted rate.

2. By January 1, each guest must have paid 50% of their total amount.
Example for discounted guests:
    •    Total cost: $3,500
    •    Deposit paid: $1,000
    •    Additional payment due by January 1st: $750
(You will be at $1,750 paid in)

3. Final Balance Due January 16th
    •    The remaining balance (final 50%) is due January 16th.
For discounted guests:
    •    Final payment due: $1,750.

This structure makes the retreat affordable, predictable, and manageable over time.
